I went to church this morning and went up to sing in the choir and we always come down from the choir and shake hands with everyone when we get finished singing and one of the ladies goes you look great, how much weight have you lost now? I told her 39 pounds and she was like wow you look so good. They all know that I am on this lifestyle change, but haven't really said anything until now. I just thought I would toot my own horn. I feel so good. :flowerforyou:

    I bet that was awesome! I know I hate that I have to lose SO MUCH weight before anyone even notices... :blushing:
    But it is awesome that they DO notice when they finally do! I mean 39 pounds is a LOT of weight!
