I have a question.
I am seriously considering a boob job. ( Small C) For those who have them, do they effect your daily work outs? Running/lifting?
Looking back was it a good idea or bad idea?

i havent done it but have friends who have - i think it depends on how big your going. One girl i know who had them was very flat chested and now is an "average" size (i'd guess B, maybe C but i think thats pushing it), so she has no issues and runs half marathons. Natural or artifical, large breasts put a strain on the back, and also can just make activities like running more uncomfortable than someone who has smaller breasts.

I thought about a reduction, actually, because running can be hell when they're big. I'm a 32D, and I have to wear two x-small sports bras to keep 'em in check. Just something to think about.

I want a breast reduction... I know someone who has the implants who is hitting the 10 year mark soon to get them re-done and she just might get them removed. Just keep in mind; every 10 years you have to go back for a re-do. :-/

    Hi Shayy,
I had tubular breasts(One was an A cup and one was a C cup) so I went up to a Small D. Best thing I ever did...I feel like a girl! Many women have nerve pain...which happened to me but it is not anything that affects my daily routine. It has never affected my workouts or lifting. I feel pretty and like I have a proportional body(especially since I started to lose weight!) I say go for it!
