December is just around the corner and that means we are ready to start a new monthly challenge! What are your December goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in Novemeber... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!
Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month I will not limit the number of participants that weigh in until Dec 5th. However, to make it easier on me with the spreadsheet, if you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet. You are still welcome to join in and follow along. However, I will not be tracking you on the spreadsheet.

Above are the weekly weigh-in days, you do not have to post weekly goals Unless of course you want to! Weigh-ins will be every Monday. December 1st and 31st will be the only NON Monday weigh ins..
The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday evenings... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST, your new weight will not be on the weekly chart. Sorry!
We will have an optional weekly challenge that will be decided by the biggest loser of the week we just finished. It will run Tuesday to Monday of the following week. So if you think you might be the biggest loser (in pounds) for the week start thinking about what you want to challenge the group to (ex:push ups, sit ups, squats ETC).
Good luck and look for our optional weekly challenges!! One will be posted on December 1st based off who was our biggest loser

Anyone can join. I just need you to post your info by DEC 1st. If you are new to the thread and not really sure how this works you can find this topic again under my topics. You can only edit your info for about 20 mins so you will have to either copy and paste your infor OR use the quote button to transfer your info from week to week. If you have any questions I try to get to them as soon as possible. Or one of the other lovely people that have been with me for a long time can often help out our new members.
I don't think I put this in the starting info. I am pregnant so I will not be taking part in the challenge until June 2012. I will still run this monthly though.0 -
