ediets is a rip off

I signed up for ediets and they would not allow me to log in. So I tried to contact customer service and they said that I did not have an account. I do my banking/bills online and noticed that they had been charging me every month. I finally got in touch with customer service and they said they could not do anything about it - they wouldnt even allow me to use the service that I had already paid for. With all the free apps out there (along with this great website) I dont know how they will stay in business.

    sounds like you should file a complaint with the BBB

    Complain to your bank and they often have a type of "insurance plan" because it was undelivered services.
