I’m just getting started on my weight loss journey and I’m looking for a structured diet/meal plan to get me started. Does anyone have any recommendations (websites, cookbooks, etc)?

I am following the meal plan from Body For Life. Its available online, I found a lot of info without buying the book. I eventually bought it, but not a lot of extra info in the book that I didn't already have.0

I recommend that you see a registered dietitian. He or she will be able to provide a meal plan that's tailored to your body and activitiy level.0 -
I just started the fit2fat2fit program. It is a personal trainer who let himself go for 6 months and didn't work out and ate whatever and is now trying to get back to where he was. He has a detailed meal plan that you can print for free. His site is very inspiring!!0

I also started with BFL. I think it's a great place to start, especially when starting from scratch.
