Hello Everyone,
Let me introduce myself....My name is Capergirl2011. I am overweight and have been since grade four....which was a long long time ago.....
The last few years of my life I have been really giving'er to dieting and exercise and have reached a plateau. I am at a point where I find it hard to lose so therefore, I need extra help.
A friend of mine has introduced me to this site so I am going to give it a try.
I need to be more active and I need more modivation from friends.
I love reading and hearing about success stories!
So, if anyone wants to be my friend I am here and hopefully I will get the modivation I need to continue to overcome my plateau!

Welcome! Kudos for joining and not giving up! i have been using this app and site for just over 3 months and i LOVE it! i never used to think about what i ate and i was gaining pounds in places that i would rather not be LOL. anyway, i really found this site to be a HUGE help! its so easy to set your goals and track your food/exercise as well as add in your own food if you don't find it (i especially like the bar code scan option for my mobile phone) I found myself adjusting my portions and cutting down on a lot of greasy foods, exercising at least 3 times a week and it turned out to be less difficult than i thought!
