So my stomach always grumbles straight after I finish eating, and no I do not leave myself hungry... I eat plenty :S

it's saying "thank you for the food"0

your stomach grumbles as the muscle sheets surrounding it contract and relax to mix the food and stomach acid around. this is where the sound comes from. so your stomach 'grumbles' as it's digesting, not so much to tell you you're hungry.0

Sometimes mine does this too and I feel slightly hungry, but I just have a glass of water and it goes away.0

Could be indigestion? Water helps yeah!0
