Hey All, I joined a considerable time ago but didn't actually start logging and getting myself back in gear until tonight when I stepped on the scale and was up to 13 lbs since I last got on in July. My boyfriend and I lost a baby at 12 weeks in July and I just let myself "go" for lack of a better word...Time to get it together and the more the merrier!! I also work overnight shift work if anyone has additional tips for this odd schedule! And finally is smoking, when I miscarried I picked the habit back up and it needs to go too....Thank you all!!!

I'm so sorry for your loss...My heart goes out to you and your family. I just recently quit smoking. Tons of sugar free gum is what saved me. First week was the worst but it does get better! I wish you all the luck in the world on this journey and welcome back. Feel free to add me if you'd like. xx0
