Hi everyone,

I recently joined MFP and am looking to finally make some needed changes with the help of accountability partners. I struggle to stick with my plan long-term when no one is keeping me in check. Will you help me?

    The pic is a year old, but thanks. My fat stores mostly in my midsection, so it isn't very noticeable in my face. I need to lean: goal is 10% BF, I'm at 16% now.
