intro + challenge

Hello. I'm excited to join and have been tracking foods since Saturday and really enjoying the app! (Between this and Nike Training Club, Ipod how I love thee.) I have about 15 pounds to lose. I'd like to know- how do I join a challenge? Is there a central place or do any of you recommend any in particular? I'm open to lots of different challenges-- nutrition or exercise-- just looking for extra motivation and support. Thanks!

    you could search challenges to see which ones interest you the most :wink: I joined a 15lb by NYE challenge ... its great good luck
