December Exercise Challenge? Start 12/5?

Okay, I'd like to start a Challenge for December. Remember when Gary was doing those and they were awesome? We should bring them back. If there's enough interest and people want to do teams, that's doable, a team challenge could easily be added on. (For teams I'm thinking maybe ten people per, to keep it easy.)
This will be an exercise challenge, something to get us doing a bit above and beyond our normal routines. These are to be done *in addition* to whatever your normal routine is. (Really, they don't take that long.)
Starting Monday, December 5th because that's the first full week.
Here's the first week, to whet the appetite. Challenges will increase in difficulty each week.
Day 1 - 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees
Day 2 – 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 3 - 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees
Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 5 - 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees
Walk/Run/Elliptical/Bike 5k over the weekend.
Anyone in? We can start a group thingie, too, for tracking and such. Name to be determined by general mayhem.

I'm in. But apparently not nearly as educated of work outer as I should be. Can you explain what those moves are? I mean I get jumping jacks and push ups and those traditional ones obviously, but I got nothing on swimmers' presses and 21s.0

So, it's pretty easy. The challenges will be posted, you do the challenges. I'll create a group thingie when we get a bit closer and we can track our progress there through daily posts. We can also do weigh ins once a week for those who are inclined.
If we get enough people and want teams, then you can harass your teammates and other teams and have a proper competition. Otherwise we can just harass each other. Um, and by harass I mean motivate. Yeah, that's it. Motivate.0 -

So long as you get them all in within the 24 hour period you can break them up however you like. Just make sure to push yourself.0 -

Oh I totally will! I think 20 is about all I can do in one sitting (will shoot for 40-50) but if I break it up over a day I can get them all done!0
