I'm based in the UK and it is miserable here, it's putting me right off my running and is generally making me feel sad...
I'm curious, where do you all live? and what's the weather like??? (don't make me too jealous!!)

    I am just across the pond in Nova Scotia. We are above seasonal ( 7 degrees Celsius ) but still cool and slightly over cast, we did have a big snow storm last week (30-40 cm)

    Los Angeles California is having FAB weather! Low 80's with a slight breeze...I was at the beach this weekend! I LOVE LA!!!

    I'm in Cleveland, Ohio (eastern midwest US) and its miserable here too. Rain, dreary, chilly--the forecast is for wet snow tomorrow morning. To avoid the blahs? I turn on some lights, pull up the blinds and light a few candles. Makes it seem cheerier.

    Tucson here, too. I'm planning to go for a 5 mile run after work today and I'm hoping it won't be too warm.

    I am in Central Illinois and it is 39 daytime and 29-30 at night. We have been getting lots of rain but no snow yet.

    South western Ontario it's cold and raining. 7* C or so here which is a tad warm for this time of year and all that rain could easily have been snow. :bigsmile:

    Southern New Jersey and its 64' F (17.7'C) and raining today. Lows have been in the 40s (below 10C)
    Beginning tomorrow highs will be in the 50s F (between 10 & 15C) for the next 7 days.

    2C and raining in Montreal, Quebec. We had about 5cm of snow last week, followed by a few days of 10-15C temperature. I just wish Mother Nature would make up her mind... lol

    It has been a wet week. It rains a lot here. I don't even attempt to get exercise outdoors. I do get outdoors all summer long. This time of year I use a treadmill and I just ordered a recumbent bike yesterday.

    Im in Ontario Canada by Niagara Falls. It's cold 6 degrees, wet, cloudy. The weather is very dreary this time of year. I hate it.

    ^^ Same thing in Perth Western Australia :( Very hot the one day and Very Cold the next.

    Central Ohio!! It's cold and raining and has been raining since Sunday:( I can't go cut down my tree until it stops and they are calling for snow tomorrow.
