    I have yet to see a single article with "yahoo" in the title that's worth it's salt.

    ehh, i knew there were gonna be people that didnt like it...as is with everything in the forums. to each there own. just guidlines i suppose. as for me, i like to eat after my workouts. maybe its in my head but it sure doesnt do any harm either.

    Yep. Also the part about splitting your protein intake to 30g/meal

    i dont split my protein either...but i do usually take in about 180-200g/ day. once again i think they are just saying this a guideline...perhaps not. who knows.
