I love it. I see it on so many threads here.
I love it with rice cakes, crackers, veggies.
I want to try it in omelets, and pasta. I would write more but I'm getting hungry lol

I love love LOVE it!! Heres another Idea for you!! Roast some vegetables, I normally have carrots, parsnips, peppers, onions, potatoes, tomato. Then cook a chicken fillet! In a pot, mix the veg and chicken together and add 2 laughing cow cheese triangles! Let them melt and go all gooey!! It is so yummy and usually cooked with 30 minutes!! Who said healthy food cant taste yummy!0

I use it in omelets all the time, I just kind of break it up/crumble it with my hands, strategically scatter in the omelet and fold an let it melt. Yum0 -

I love it in an omelette and scrambled eggs. I cut it up and put it in while the egg is cooking. So good!0 -

The garlic and herb is really good in a sweet potato or in scrambled eggs. I also make a breakfast sandwich and use the swiss instead of butter - Thomas english muffin, egg whites, Morning Star sausage and swiss laughing cow. A 240 calorie breakfast, which isn't too bad.0
