Changing my life

Hi Everyone,
I've been down this road before trying to lose the weight I gained after college, In college I was working at a more manual labor job and was at about 140, but Afterwards I got a desk job and started eating out for lunch everyday, when I looked up a few years later I had gained 20 lbs, since then I've put on another 10 and now I'm starting to get serious about this, I put together a plan starting yesterday to lose 15 lbs by the end of the year. Then I will work on the other 15 lbs. One of the hardest thing I deal with is because I'm still at a manageable weight I get a lot of people telling me I should eat the double extra ginormous whopper with mayo. But I will push through and get to my goal by:
Eating a good breakfast every day
Not eating out
no Soda
no snacking after 8 PM
Drinking atleast 8 glasses of water
no more than 1500 calories per day
Working out (30 day shred and others) or running for atleast 30 minutes 5 times a week.

first Goal: 155
GW: 140

I've been doing this seriously for about a month now and have dropped 10 lbs...I am very excited about it. I am about a third of the way to my ultimate Goal and definitely making my way to changing my life. I read the forums often and really want a way to get motivation to keep going. I would love to make some friends so please friend me and maybe we can help each other get through our struggles.0
