I have been reading about everyone's issues with going over on sugars. Though it has happened to me it is not where I go over the most. I usually bust through the protiens daily. I do eat lots of chciken and egg whites but I am not sure it is to much. What are your thought on protiens.... Am I still in the good? How much is to much??

I try to get at least 120g of protein a day :]
Protein is good to go over on!0 -
From what I can tell MFP sets protein too low. Aim for 1g protein per pound of body weight. Hope that helps!0

The MFP default is quite low for protein. Many people aim for 1g per lb of body weight. Or 30% of caloric intake. You can set this in My Home -> Goals -> Change Goals -> Custom.0

Going over on protein is just fine. MFP has protein set to a very low %.
You can eat 1.5grams of protein per lb of lean body mass.0 -
I have my protein goal at 30%. Today is 136g.0

looking at your diary, 45g of protein (pre exercise) seems much too low and it will benefit from you going over by a good amount.0 -
"Too much" is any amount that causes you to overshoot your calorie goal0

I noticed the Protien limits are WAY low on MFP.. If you are working out and trying to build lean muscle you should try and eat your body weight in grams of protein.. Ex.. You weigh 130 lbs- shoot for 130 g of protein... I reached a platuea a few months back.. Literally didnt lose a pounds for almost 3 months... I was talking to my trainer and they like to put clients on a 40/40/20 program. 40% protein, 40% card and 20% fat... This isnt easy I might add-- especially to stay in your calorie range. I will say that just after two weeks of really buckleing down and getting serious about the diet.. I dropped 4 pounds- and actually kept it off... I seen more changes in my body in that 2 weeks than I have in a long time.. I know 4 pounds isnt much but- my clothes def. showed the change as well as my muscle definition and tone in my arms and abs!... Hope this helps.. Good luck to you! :-)0

What they said, a gram per pound. (When I was training, it was even more than that).0
