    This is perfect! I JUST ordered Shred last night on Amazon for like $6... they've already shipped it. I plan on starting next week!
    We should make a group for December because I need some support to keep it up!

    You will be for the first few days, after that, it won't be as bad. Get through the first 3 or 4 days and you'll get through the whole thing

    i just signed up to my fitness pal last night as i intended to start the 30 day shred this morning! ( and i have smile javascript:add_smiley('smile','post_body')) .
    nonafit i have also got 25kgs to go and i really hope this 30 day shred will give me the push i need to get there!
    so good to see other people starting this around the same time.

    Yes! Score. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm picking it up tonight and plan to start it tomorrow! I really need the motivation guys.

    A group would be nice.

    I've been on a plateau for the pass 3 weeks and it's killing my motivation. Tried changing somethings, but messed up over the hoilday. I'm ready to get back on track!
