Hi all - have a big event happening in April I know im prob not going to hit target by then but what do you all think IS achievable ?? - Im thinking 28 lb - 7lb per month - what do you all think ??? - many thanks

It is do-able. That is about 2 pounds a week.0

If you're 180 lbs + yes, I'd say do-able for a woman. under that and you might be hurting, unless you really ramp the exercise.0

Thank you all for the encouragement - going to go for it - im thinking if I get in the mindset now - I will be 'In the Zone' over Christmas and *fingers crossed* wont go too overboard - thank you again x x0
