Hey LADIES! - I have been on here for a while, and pretty much know my way around. However, I haven't really figured out how I Might go about entering how many calories I'm burning while nursing. Anyone have any experience or tips on this subject matter? It's dawned on me that I just haven't been taking that into account... probably throwing me off. Any other nursing moms out there have any good tips? Thanks!

I type breastfeeding into the food search when I log in my breakfast every morning and log it as "breastfeeding-1 day". Its usually 300 calories a day for me but some mums can burn up to 500 cals a day depending on how old baby is and how much they feed0
