I must be a little slow or something, maybe I'm reading this wrong but in the data base it says scrambled egg 365 calories, Omelet 23 calories, whats the difference? I eat an egg in the morning scrambled, no oil, just in the pan mixed up, does that have 365 calories?

the serving size is one cup, not one egg. one egg makes less than a cup right?
  • Okay, I am slow. :blushing: It was the amount I was putting in one large egg scrambled 101 calories, Omelet 93 calories. I had a cup listed for the scrambled egg, hmmm, still wouldn't think a cup would have 365 calories in it. Oh well, now I feel better about eating that egg this morning.

Yeah - it would take about 3 - 4 eggs or so to make 1 cup.
