yes....they are an acquired taste. i'm not a picky eater but i never could learn to like them.0

Yes! They don't taste like anything really. I put them in my yogurt and they just add a nice little crunch. Definitely try them!0

been meaning to try- have them in the cabinet- haven't found a way to incorporate them in anything yet. may try the yogurt

Yeah they r a great super food. I put them into smoothies or Yoghurt.
U dont taste them they just add some crunch0 -
I eat them almost -- either on a bagel with peanut butter, or in oatmeal with milled flax seeds and berries. Yum!0
