    I'm a returning person who thought they could go it alone. I really needed the support and accountability of this site to manage my goals so this group sounds like a perfect fit for me. Only thing is I've never done this before (groups) so if you can give me a run down as to what occurs and what is expected of me I shall try not to let you down!
