I'm 5'0' and weigh 180. My goal weight is 125.0

i'm 5'2 and currently around 155 trying to get to 135-125. There's a ten pound window there because i plan to strength train and build lots of muscle, so not sure if my body will let me get to 125.... We shall see! Add me if you like...0

Yes we are. I am 5 feet tall and want to lose another 50 lbs. It's still not my ideal weight, but its much better than where I am now.0

I'm 5'2 and weight 154. According to the doctors I'm suppose to be between 105-115. IMPOSSIBLE because I am CURVY. My goal weight is 130. Not TOO skinny and not too THICK.

i'm 5.2-5.3ft and a pear shape. i currently am a size 9 jean and started at 140-142 lbs, i checked today and i was at 138 after over a month of 45 min workouts a day and watching my calories. i didn't budged 1 lb until this week.... my goal is to be 130 but i'll take 133.0

I think I'm apple shaped too. I'm 4'11" and 95lbs - I have a small waist but I'm quite pot belied. My upper back is quite wide. I have small breasts, but I notice weight gain first in my butt and thighs. I'm all over the place to be honest! I'm trying to gain a little weight and tone up then I can see, right now there's no fat to go anywhere.0

Hello Friend,
I am 5' 1" and I now weigh 187. My heaviest was 208 pounds and my target weight should be at 125 or 130, but it seems like a far fetched goal for me to reach that weight again because of how long it is taking me to lose just a few pounds. I would love to be friends with other short women. It's not fair that we all have to consume less calories than our taller companions. What do you all think?0 -

I'm 4'9.5" and have a goal weight of 80 lbs. maybe we carry weight differently, but i had health problems from being too big at 118 lbs so i think some ppl here might end up wanting to go below their current goal weights...i think i have an hourglass shape, but i honestly have no clue. :flowerforyou:
And YES i have already spoken with my doctor and have her approval. Just wanted to give my input as it seems my goal weight is much lower, but is still healthy.0 -

I'm 5'1.Started my fitness program at 160,currently 130 want to be 125.I'm a size 4 and would say hourglass. Really,you can't go by others body types though.My friend is the same height as me,same age as me,weighs 15 pounds less than me.Yet we are the same size.She diets only ( a liquid based diet that I won't mention) and never works out.I love working out and eat real food.Guess which one of us will keep the weight off? Everybody is different.0
