Sexy for 2012 Challenge (girls)

Hello girls I want to start a challenge for 1 month! I will only take in 15 girls and I'll make a spread sheet of the activity by the end of the month....goals are simple and very do-able. I am a very busy person myself and work 7-6 everyday... taking that into consideration. Here are the goals:

1) Burn 300 calories daily (aim to lose half a pound per week!)
2) Eat within your calories
3) Write on the group wall once a week at least to let us know how you are doing! If you can work out and burn more, that's GOOD! Tell us how you are doing!!!!!!!!

    Is this starting December or Jan? Only with all the Christmas events staying in cals might be pretty hard. Especially Christmas meals. Jan though id be totally up for it!

    Challenge is for December 1st to 31st. I'm doing it especially to stay below calories and keep me motivated throughout the holiday season! You can always make up for your calories by working out more (which is what I plan to do)...

    Challenge starting December 1st...and entries close tomorrow (30th)...

    Would love to join! I am working a lot too but mainly want to start watching what I eat and take a long brisk walk with my dog everyday!

    Yay! Maybe we could swap workout/diet tips too! At the moment I'm trying to get into the habit of interval sprinting but it's HARDespecially on these cold winter nights!
