Has anyone else pretty much reached weight goal and then moved to other (fitness, strength) goals??

I am around 118lbs (I am 5'4 AND A HALF" lol) and think the number is ok for a 41 year old with 4 kids, so now I want to move to fitness and strength goals as well as improving body composition.

I did that earlier this year. Surfing with my son and doing C25K were a couple I've done. Now I'm going to work on getting faster on the 5k. If I don't have a goal, I start slipping too much.
  • Yup actually hit my weight goal! 120 lbs.

But my body fat % is still too high for my liking. Bulking/cutting for a few years and ill be happy! Maybe xD

I am planning now on hovering under 220lb (99.9kg).

I never want to see 100+ again.

I have no clue about my body composition - I know I have a layer of stretched skin all over me now.

I MUST work on strength, so Weights, Pilates, Physio and Swimming it is for me.

I may take quite a while to rehab this body. Will probably make LOTs of little random goals: eg.

Longest swim non-stop, tick off each yoga pose, situps, whatever it takes.

I gotta make this fun for me !

Hit my "goal" a few months back. Maintained for a little while. Recently transitioned into a new lifting routine, set my calorie target to surplus, and aiming to gain strength and muscle.
