                    So my husband and I are challenging each other to perform 3100 (100 per day) situps and/or crunches in December and I thought I would extend it to the MFP community.  So, who's game?

            Is this 100 a day every day or on average? I usually do b workouts every other day or so. I am game....(don't know if my gut is though, we'll see.0

 Just an average of 100 per day, not that you have to do that per day. Just your total at 11:59 pm on December 31 should be 3100Is this 100 a day every day or on average? I usually do b workouts every other day or so. I am game....(don't know if my gut is though, we'll see.0

            started today with 70 sit-ups, 50 crunches= 120, I'm loving this challenge!0

            950 so far this month! For a few days I waws thinking I did them wrong because my abdominals weren't sore. Today, well, they are sore, 9 days in and finally some pain. Time to reclaim the tummy from the pregnancy strecthing!0
