Who lost the most weight here?

I'm curious, there are a lot of people who have lost over 100+ pounds and if I could I'd congratulate you personally since that's a LOT of weight to lose. Here I am just about to hit the 40lb mark and to look back, I'm working pretty hard to even get to this weight. I can only imagine how tough it would be coming from 250+lbs and I'm sure there were times where you wanted to give up. But what made you different was the ability to keep going.
I hope some of you can post and help motivate people who are still starting out

I just hit the 100lb mark Monday when I weighed in. For me, I never plateaued so I figured why stop when things are still working. I did have weeks where I lost less than I expected but I would try to think of the previous weeks where maybe i lost more than expected and figured it all evens out.
I can't stress enough even for those of us trying to lose weight to mention it to people that look like they are losing that they are looking great. The compliments are really motivating.
Good luck everyone!0 -
I haven't hit 100 lbs. lost.....YET...but I did start at 275lbs and that was February of this year, and creeping on onederland. I am at 60lbs lost to date. To be honest it is people like you, whom I have not met, but encourage by wanting to hear success stories. The way my clothes, that I have never been able to wear, now fit and I think the self confidence that I have gained over this past year is enough to keep moving me forward. The scale is a piece of Sh** as far as I am concerned, it is the weight loss devil...always deceiving and telling stories that are incomplete. Keep moving forward, don't get discouraged, and keep on motivating!!!!0

I hit the 120lbs lost mark today. Its been a long journey, started in January 2010. I know lots of people who have lost the same in a shorter period of time but this has been my way. I've gone up and down at times, but generally I have crept slowly downwards. I have fallen in love with gym. I am there 6 days a week and am proud of what I now consider to be a good fitness level. I have learned to not loathe me and I am such a happier person now than I was before. I had never really truly said how miserable I was and I don't think I started to realise it until the weight started to come off.
If you are just starting know that there are going to be struggles but that with determination, accepting that you are human and that you may stumble, you can do it. :flowerforyou:0 -
