    some ppl around my age would be good too I have a horrible sweet tooth that so gets me into trouble daily I am way over weight and need/want to loose about 100 pounds
    seems so easy "as seen on tv" lol I have tried many things loose weight then gain it right back trying this commitment to myself in hopes that all the tools here will help me achieve my goals
