NEED A HELPING HAND

I HAVE BEEN USING MFP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND I THINK IM DOING IT RIGHT. I LOG MY FOOD AND EXERCISE IN ALL THE TIME. BUT LAST WEEK I HAVE GAINED A FEW POUNDS AND NOW I FEEL LIKE CRAP. CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING? OR WHAT I NEED TO DO TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT BECAUSE IT JUST NOT COMING OFF!!! :sad:

    Try switching up your routine a bit. If you're walking, walk for 3 mins, then jog for 3 mins, then walk again. Drink tons and tons of water. Watch your sodium intake and your best bet would be to be a HRM. MPF's exercise entries aren't accurate!

    Did you a little more than usual on Thanksgiving? Alot of my clients gained a little this week because of that...

    I drink lots of water!:drinker: I take daily naps!:yawn: I love water aerobics and swimming, I do Tia Chi and yoga twice a week. I kick it up a knoch with Zumba atleast twice a week. :tongue: I need to get serious with the recording on MFP. I do it for a week and then I don't! I am addicted to food. I need a helping hand but I love life.
