excercise diary

I just recently started using the daily food and excercise dairy and have a question. When I enter the excercise information it doesn't appear in the calorie count on the food tracker. Do I get extra calories for the day if I excercise?

Yes it automatically adds the extra calories earned.0

Are you entering in the strength training or cardio section? The strength items just log the reps and stuff but doesn't affect the calories. You can use the 'strength training' line in the cardio section to get an estimate of calories though...I know, weird. lol0

It should...
Are you entering stuff under "strength"? This option is mainly to help you keep track of reps, etc. - no calorie burn is awarded.
Make sure you enter the workout under cardio to see the calorie allotment go up in your food diary (There is a strength training option, as well as circuit training, depending on what suits).
Hope this helps!0 -
If you are entering it in the cardio section then yes otherwise no.0
