My name's Caity, I'm 21, I work as an LPN, and have about 30-35 more lbs to lose until I'm at my estimated goal weight
I wasn't too good over Halloween, stayed with my parents over the weekend, and ate a little too much candy (although much less that I would've before MFP).
MFP starting weight: 216 lbs
Current weight: 185 lbs
Goal weight: 150 - 160 lbs0 -

Soporbass ur not too late to join ...some people haven't gave their weight in I'm going to send out individual message...and post the graph tonight....@felbsies try logging your intake in ur diary before you eat it and u will see how bad it is for u and won't eat it.....I work nights at work and I went to the vending machine to eat my fav reese once I logged it ....that tasty bar would of been the only thing I could of ate that day so I just gave it away and drunk water.....if anyone having problems with over eating drink two cups of water before you eat and u will eat less .....0

I was home yesterday and snacked on candy, thankful to be back at work today without the temptation! I did complete W2D1 of the C25K with the hubby last night. This week is uber hectic but I am going to fit in what I can and keep on moving!
Question: Are their scheduled days to report weight loss?0 -

I didn't get time to send out individual messages to the 6 people that haven't sent in their weights. If you want to join post your current weight and goal weight and the part of your body you would love to see a difference in.....Our weigh ins will be every TUESDAY...starting tomorrow I will post tips and challenges so we can get this weight loss party started....Anyone who lost weight in the past what did you do? When I lost weight I cut out on all fried food,juice,soda and eating late doing that I lost about 7 lbs in 3 weeks0

Tonight is W2D3 of the C25K...Can't wait till I find my groove again and don't struggle with jogging/running anymore! Taking the summer off was not the best choice, but I had to heal a stress fracture in my foot0

@kms1981 great job if its hard for you to run that's fine as long as u moving. I meet with my pt today he said I would lose 5lbs by following these steps....healthy breakfast eat what ever I want...no fruit after 11.....no carbs or dairy after 4 .....and dinner between 6-7....0

Tomorrows weigh in will not be good! I can only undo some of the damage from the weekend before Tuesday morning! I guess that is my biggest struggle, THE WEEKEND. Well, it is a learning process after all! Hope everyone else is doing good and staying committed!0

If anyone wants to join me, I run with a group of ladies who started running this past Feb. We run about 3.5-4 miles at about a 10+ minute pace. some run faster, some run slower but it's a great supportive group and we'd love some more company!0
