over these past few days i've been feeling rather down. stress from school and life in general have been attempting to break through the smile i put on everyday. well, today i finally broke. something pushed me over the edge. now, usually when this happens i bottle up my emotions and head straight to the fridge/pantry/mc donalds/that chinese place down the street....you get the idea. but not this time. instead of bottling my emotions up i let them out and had a good cry fest without having to turn to food! idk. it's a big deal for me being a food addict and binge eater. maybe i'm starting to get the hang of my new lifestyle?

but yeah, there's my nsv for the day =]

FANTASTIC! Invest in a punching bag, then you can punch and cry at the same time. hey wait, maybe *I* will do that. No seriously, that is fan-flippingtastic! It's working, it's working!

Great choice....Now tomorrow you will not have to chisel off excess calories for a wrong decision....as well as be emotionally drained for going back to the old ways.

It is a big deal because there are a lot of emotional eaters and when you were down your recognized it creeping in and denied it! Awesome job! Next time take that emotional energy and attack your body with some crunches or find a workout channel and get your workout on. Go Killer!
