I am 5'5" and weigh 187 - am in the worst shape of my life. I would like to lose 40 pounds. I've got a two-year-old boy and I'd like to have fitness and good health be a part of his life as well as mine. My husband is supportive... but is already pretty fit.0

I'm 5'1 and went from 200 to 146.2 as of this morning! My goal is 125 lbs.
You can do it girl!!!! Just stay committed and don't leave room for any excuses. I jog 3 miles on my 1 hour lunch break because it's hard for my to get childcare after work (my husband works out of town during the week).0
