Do you guys eat back your exercise calories? I was told to always NET 1200 calories ... is it ok to work out and burn more calories to where you NET less than 1200? I eat around 1600 calories a day but if I exercise like I want to I would NET under 12 and would have to eat more >> i'm already full as is! Any help is appreciated =) thanks!!

I eat about half back, some times less but never all of them.

If you're only just under (say 1100) and it doesn't happen often, don't worry about it. But if you are consistently netting under 1200, try eating more calorie dense foods like nuts :)

The minimum is 1200 net unless your Doctor tells you otherwise. Alittle below once in a while is ok but not on a regular basis.

It is not only unhealthy but you will not lose weight or risk burning muscle.

    Best of Luck!

I honor my net calorie target and try to hit as close as possible to it every day. My total calories go up and down day by day, depending on whether I exercise or not, but my net is very steady. If you know your BMR and TDEE and set up a reasonable net target based on your goals (gaining, losing, or maintaining), you should be able to control your weight gain or loss quite easily.
