Ok, I'm struggling... I had done really well, lost about 60 lbs, starting running 5K's... In April '11, I ran a 5K and messed up my knee (same one I had ACL surgery on 5 yrs ago). After going to the Orthopedic doctor & an injection, he's finally doing surgery again (Dec 8th). The past few months I've struggled with my eating habits... in other words, I've gotten lazy! My evening and/or lunchtime walking has gotten to be too much on my knee. Steps and the elliptical are killers on it! Squatting, lunges, jumping jacks... too painful! I recently purchased a used recumbent exercise bike that I can use with little to no pain on the knee. But my eating is out of control! I've done this all before, why can't I do it this time??
Any suggestions, tips, etc would so greatly be appreciated!!!
Thanks!
Carla
