So I love music and all kinds of it. Anything from Country to the Cure and Depeche mode on up to Hatebreed and Pantera with a little Mozart on the side.

When I'm working out especially cardio vascular I love fast paced music:
Five finger Death Punch
Machine head
Pantera
Breaking Benjamin
Ying Yang Twins
Beastie Boys
ect

What types of music if any do you listen to to get you moving?

    Some of these are old, but seem to work for me as "go-to" theme songs.

    Pennywise--Perfect People
    Van Halen--Hot for Teacher
    M.I.R.V--Monkey Boy
    Black Eyed Peas--Pump It

    (a bit slower but good for a controlled warm up) Kanye West--Touch the Sky

    I love all types of music and listen to everything but right now my go to genre/artist is Skrillex... It's Dub step stuff.... it's like rave music... The playlist off pandora.com has great beats to run to! Just something different to change it up!
