I've searched the jamba juice, strawberry wild for the 16oz. serving and the majority results show an average of 250 cals. The store had it at 370. Does someone know something I don't? If you are into Jamba Juice and want to comment please help. In the mean time I'm checking out their website for clarity.
Thnx-

I do Jamba Juice Strawberry Wild at home - an 8oz serving is listed at 110 calories (it's really driven by the Apple Juice calories - that's the variable) so you should be safe with 250.

Also, here it shows 250 for a 16oz. Not sure what an original is - sounds bigger.

Jamba Juice sizes, in ounces, are 16, 24 and 32. So the 250 is for the 16 and the 370 is for the 24. (and the 32oz is 510)

    Avoid Jamba Juice.

Lol - there's that too. I haven't had a Jamba Juice since I read their nutrition guide. It's been almost two years now. :)

Though, there's a time I would have sworn otherwise. For a year I worked right next to one and I had a Jamba Juice and a pretzel for lunch at least three-four days a week for lunch and I lost a little weight and never got sick. But when you compare the Jamba to what I had been eating for lunch before that job, it was more of a Twinkie Diet effect of it just being a big caloric difference.

Yep. I had the whole 24oz. My 12 yo son bought it for me so it was worth every sip!
Thanks for the break down everyone! Very helpful.

Skip the Jamba Juice and buy a VitaMix! You can save money, stop using styrofoam cups, and cut out the sugar.

We use ours for 3 smoothies a day.
