I'm Ashley.
I've been on my fitness pal before..but didn't stay really active..

BUT

I'm backkk! & Im ready to get in shape.

I'm trying to eat a balanced diet with some exercise. Usually Cardio.

I love to motivate people and help people achieve their goals! But i could also use some motivation to!

New fitness buds would be awesome. & Maybe we could get a challenge going and things!

    I will add the people who have added me and said i could add them. But however, I won't have people i never talk to on my friend's list.
