Not new, just fell off the radar for awhile. Not sure what I need to do different this time around but could use a good wrap around of support to keep me on track. I worked hard last time (about a month ago) lost 8 pounds, then got very discouraged because I really wanted "biggest loser" results after the 6 weeks of work...keep me realistic, kick my butt as needed to keep me motivated, and I'll be happy to do the same for you

I was wondering where you have been. Glad you are back. I understand just what you mean about expecting "biggest loser" numbers. I get so frustrated with my little 1-3 pound weightloss numbers. But I realize that people on The Biggest Loser are working out like 8 hrs a day and are only focusing on their weightloss and nothing else. I am determined to stick with my weightloss this time around. We can both keep each other motivated!0
