I really like it! I have a hard time doing video's....but actually will do that one. It's nice & short...but it'll give you a super good workout!!! :happy:0

i just did it on saturday..and im still in pain! it kicked my *kitten*! it's only a 20 min workout but i was sweating like a pig. it made me feel so out of shape even though i have been doing cardio for an hour 5 times a week for the past 4 months.
i decided to try it because it was on demand in the free zone. im going at it again tomorrow! I had to take a three day break from it because it made me REALLY sore, and today it's too hot to do it (90+ today!)
i would recommend it! if you have cable, check to see if its in the health/fitness section in the free zone on demand.0 -
Hi. I bought it yesterday when everyone was talking about it. I did it this morning (level 1)....and wasn't that impressed. I will probably add it to my workouts on the weekends, but felt it was too long for the morning before work. She does a lot of talking at the beginning, etc.
I feel that the 10 minute Beach Body workouts are better. I do one every morning with 10 minutes on my elliptical and felt that was a better workout than the 30 Day Shred. Might just be personal preference. I'm not that great at home DVDs....so the shorter the better
Wasn't all bad, but I didn't feel it pushed me. I will probably try level 2 and 3 to see if that challenges me more.0 -
I love it! I also work out to this series on demand. It's short, sweet, and gives a great workout in a short amount of time.

You Tube it to see if you like it. There's three parts to the level one workout on there. If you purchase the DVD, it has all three levels on it, though. It kicked my butt!0

I just did this for the first time today! By the end of the video, doing the punches, I'm pretty sure I was imagining Jillan's face coming into contact with my fists! It's a good thing, really. Twenty minutes kicked my butt.0

Thanks everyone... I will check out on demand today and give it a go! :flowerforyou:0

I was able to try it on demand through cable. They have the first two levels on there so I didn't need to buy the DVD.
It was a good workout but I'm not that huge a fan of dvd's at home. I think I'd rather go to the gym.0
