Hi, I'm Evie. Nice to be here.

I've been losing and gaining the same 15 pounds for the past 10 years. It's getting more and more difficult now that I'm over 50. I've been lurking here for a couple months. I'm now ready to do something about those 15 pounds again.

Take heart in knowing that it's not an impossible journey. I would suggest you commit yourself to 3 or 4 pounds a month....that way, you'll hardly have to change your eating ways at all! Good luck, and you can do it! (Now is the perfect time to avoid getting diabetes.)
