Hi ya

Just joined (a few days ago) and looking for friends that can help motivate and energise me and vice versa. I enjoy keeping fit but recently put a stone on in weight, which is due to still eating everything and slackening on the exercise part (whoops) :0(

    You can add me if you'd like. I know from past experience that if you beat yourself up too much for mistakes that it could become a land slide. Just keep focused, move a little more and eat a little healthier today and you'll be on your way back up that hill!
