Well as in the topic, my weight is stuck for about 1/2 of a month and it wasn't really moving for last 2 months. I went from 69 kg (152 lbs) to 65 kg (143 lbs ) i dont like it coming off sooo slow. I know that i should eat more and less ( zig-zag thing), and im trying to do it :( . I wasn't exercising a lot during this time, beacouse of holidays and my friends illness, insted of going to the gym i'm going to hers to see how she is and to help her with homework. I'm drinking a lot of water and green tea, what else can i do, my friend is coming to school on monday after about 1 and 1/2 month, and i'm starting going to the gym again, as for those 2 months i was there like 5 times :(

Why don't you just take a break from your diet for a week. Then get right back on it. Try doing workouts at home, or near you house (thats what i usually do).

I don't know how tall you are, but you can't have very much weight to lose. That means that the weight isn't just going to fall off.

Don't cut your calories too low, you need to be getting good fuel into your body to keep up your energy.

Getting back to the gym should help, make sure you are doing some strength work, not just cardio exercises, this will help tone up your muscles and make you look and feel leaner and healthier.

And put the scales away for a few weeks - weighing yourself all the time just makes you more anxious and that doesn't help anything!

How tall are you and what is your goal weight, hun?
  • I was stuck for 3 weeks and switched things up and I have broke the Plataea, your body starts to get used to you doing the same thing everyday (same exercise ,same diet). On my part I tried increasing my calories for a few day's (McDonald's) you know the food your body is not used to getting anymore and laid off the exercise, that didn't work.So I tried lowering my calories, heavy exercise and high protein that's is what broke the Plataea for me.From what I understand you want to kind of shock your body by doing what it is not used to that kicks the metabolism in to gear and gets things moving again.Just a suggestion

That sounds reasonable. Just remember the lighter you are the slower the weight will come off as the body has less fat storage to tap into. Just be patient, you'll get there. To be sure that you're body is losing fat rather than muscle mass definitely up the workouts and weight training. This will tell your body you NEED the muscle and gives it permission to tap into your other energy source - the fat cells. Otherwise if you're not active enough while cutting your calories you most likely will start to lose more muscle weight and less fat weight.
