I know I uploaded a progress thread before, but these are pictures I took in workout clothes when I started and throughout the last couple of months. I wanted to share them. Mainly because yesterday, a co worker told me that I was "Fat" because I'm "Shaped" (She said that), and I felt so down.

And then I turned to those pictures and saw the difference I've made in myself. And I wanted to share them. So here they are..

    I think you look amazing and very fit. Don't let the person from your work get you down, you've come a long way. Not just in lbs but in inches too. You've toned up very nicely.

    You look wonderful! Don't be embarassed! I wish I could rock that workout attire.
    Mine consists of bra, sports bra, fitted tank top, and a tshirt all to keep the "girls" from giving me a black eye. 8-)

    I've learned that people say things like that because they are jealous and insecure in themselves. Don't let them get you down or make you feel like your progress is something to not be proud of. You look amazing and I know a ton of women who would kill to look like you do. Be proud of what you accomplished and keep these pictures as proof. :flowerforyou:

    Nothing to be embarassed about -- You're a beautiful girl and I'm sure many women dream to have the body you have right now. This woman calling you "fat" for whatever reason are issues she has to work on that have to do with her. Remember that. It has nothing to do with you -- you are amazing and look fantastic. :-)

    She's just jealous! I'm sure she has her own insecurities and that's why she's said this to you. You are beautiful and you look great! Good job on your progress and keep up the great work!

    Unfortunately, there are many people in this world who can only feel better about themselves, by putting others down. Don't listen to your co-worker, pity her instead that she's one of those people. You look fabulous.

    you look amazing, you didn't even look fat on your 'before' picture so I agree that your co-worker is obviously jealous of your fabulous figure.

    women are supposed to be curvy, we have boobs and hips ffs and your curves are all in the right place.

    you should be proud of yourself, and tell her to shove her comments up her *kitten*!!! :laugh:

    WOW what a jerk at your job. Glad you pulled out the pics to prove to yourself you are far from being fat. You are looking great so don't ever listen to people around you who are like this just because they don't have the fight to do what it takes like you do.

    Great work you should be very proud of where your body is at right now girl. : )

    Keep up the good work! Don't let people and their comments hold you back! A lot of guys prefer "shaped" girls to girls that are stick thin!!!! :happy:
