2 Months of MFP *pics*

I have a lot to go, but here is my progress so far....
28 pounds gone since I started MFP officially on October 1st 2011
35 lbs gone since mid September 2011

This website has really changed my life. I had a baby in late June this year, left an abusive relationship in August-and then I finally started putting myself first. I knew my kids life would be a million times better if they had a mom who was healthy, happy and could keep up with them. I started running, a little bit at a time. I could barely run .25 of a mile without feeling exhausted.
Last week, I ran a 5k without stopping once. I have come so far. If I can do it ANYONE CAN! And we are all in this together!

I don't go over 1200 calories a day. My workout schedule is running 3 miles a day, and strength training every other day. I recently got an exercise bike so we will see how that goes.

Thanks to all my MFP friends! I have a long way to go but I feel so much happier and healthier than I did 2 months ago!
I can't wait to see the results in 2 months from now!!
