Slim Shots

Has anyone tried them? I see a lot of mixed reviews online and I'm just curious what my pals here think. I feel like I need somethine extra to help me.

    i never tried the slim shots i did the slim quick powder and it helped i shed 5lbs in the first week but i stopped drinking the powder mix because i wanted to do this on my own without the extra help

    Best advice anyone ever gave me: if you lose it fast, you'll gain it back fast. Stick to slow and steady. Count calories and exercise.

    I haven't tried them but I have full confidence you'll do really well with calorie counting and exercise, it works. drink plenty water :)
