    lol not taking it by the way just wanted to see if others felt the same way i did or if i was missing out on s omething. I looked it up to see what all the fuss was about an they have so many of the product i'd get lost on what i was supposed to sprinkle or put it on. I feel the same way about the other diet plan things like the ready made meals they are just smaller portions so why not save money an put a normal size portion on a smaller salad plate mind will think that it's full or at least mine does. And shakes well i tried those an did get the shakes cus i was hungry lol. It's seems that there's a new diet fad every year.
