Hello everyone I am so excited to join! Ready to drop this weight like a bad habit! I weight 280lbs wanting to weight 150. Tired of being unhealthy and overweight! Good luck to everyone would love to talk with all of you and hear your stories!

    Thanks everyone, I am excited to get started I walked/jogged 5 laps yesterday with my sister inlaw! It's a great start.
