oat milk

i have been planning for a while to quit buying ready nut milk and make my own... it's both healthier and cheaper this way... so today i finally made me some oat milk... it's just as simple as this: http://www.instructables.com/id/Quick-Oat-Milk/, i grinded 100g oats (normal ones, not quick oats), added about a litre of water and blended it, then cribbled it twice so a good part of the oats that weren't finely grinded went to waste...
so far so good but how do i log this milk now? initially i put it as 70g oats, estimating there was about 30% dross... then got worried that maybe i am overestimating and this wasn't really 30%, so i corrected it to the original 100g... it makes over 100 calories difference (272 cal to 389 cals) and now i only have 300 calories left for the day, so i kinda want my 100 calories back... :ohwell:
moreover, is it really a portion of the whole thing that's blended in the milk? or perhaps the fats and carbs blended and the protein didn't? i know i sound a bit obsessed but i intend to make me all sorts of nut milks in future so i'm really curious to know what's inside and not over/underestimate my calories too much every time (some kinds of nuts are so caloric that even 10% makes a helluva of a difference)
any ideas? anyone else make their own milk?

well that's what i'm asking... since it's not the regular oatmilk... it's my own made and i don't add the extra stuff they add to the packaged milks (which is why i want to avoid them anyway, they add calcium and sugar and stuff i don't need)... plus i can't grind the oats so finely and i don't know how much oats they put to make a cup of oat milk (i pretty much put a random amount), so i'm sure it makes difference and i want to know how much difference?
