Some sources would say to up your protein, especially if you're working out. I aim for my weight divided by two each day in grams of protein. It adds up to about 25% of my total intake. Just something to consider.:flowerforyou:
Or, if you're trying to lose, aim for half of your goal weight.0 -
i am the same.. i dont think it is a bad thing as it helps 2 build muscles!!0

You can adjust where you get your calories from. I am currenty set at 50% carbs, 25% fat and 25% protein. MFP"S default is 55 carbs, 35 fat and 15 protein. You can adjust it by going to home, goals change goals, custom and adjust it from there. Good luck.0
